Do I need to swim or dive? +

No. The underwater observation deck lets you view marine life without swimming or diving. Snorkeling is a separate feature and is listed only for select destinations.

Are departures available every day? +

The supplier lists daily departures at each destination’s published times. Bookings close one hour before departure. Live seat availability is not connected, so the listed schedule is not a real-time seat guarantee.

How are child and infant fares handled? +

Discounted child fares apply by destination and age band. Infants aged 0–5 are free under our launch policy.

Can I cancel my booking? +

Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund. Manage or cancel a booking.

How do I see the price? +

Choose a destination to see its customer categories and current fare details. The booking page shows your total in USD before you continue to PayPal or card checkout.
